Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

  1. The reservation fee payable on ORA Hong Kong Online Sales Platform of Future Motors Limited (“FML”) will go solely towards the deposit payment for the purchase of your selected vehicle (“the Vehicle”) when you sign the sales agreement with FML. For the avoidance of doubt, the payment of the reservation fee does not constitute a legally binding contract between yourself and FML for the purchase of the Vehicle.
  2. Our sales consultant will notify you of the status of Vehicle within 24 hours. The reservation fee will be refunded to your credit card in full if your Vehicle is not available. Your Vehicle will be held for 3 business days only. Your order will be automatically cancelled thereafter and your selected vehicle will be offered online again. Your reservation fee will be refunded to your credit card in full. If a refund is required, your reservation fee will be refunded to your credit card in full. The refund process will take at least 10 business days.
  3. Vehicles and prices shown on ORA Hong Kong Online Sales Platform are for reference only. External appearance and specifications may vary from the actual vehicle. Price shown and specifications of a vehicle could vary after it is no longer available online.
  4. By using content of the sales platform or making an online reservation you are deemed to be at least 18 years old and duly consent to all terms and conditions, including but not limited to our privacy policy. If you are found to be reserving a vehicle online with unauthorised use of another person’s credit card or impersonation, your reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be processed.
  5. All information and payment details provided by you are deemed to be your own unless you are validly authorised to act on behalf of another person or company. You may be asked to provide proof of such valid authorisation.
  6. FML shall not be liable for any unsuccessful reservations due to system problems of the website, problems of internet data transfer, unavailable stock and/or incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information.
  7. FML has the right to terminate or make changes to the reservations, prices, terms and conditions and/or privacy policy without prior notice to you. In case of any dispute, FML shall have the final decision.
